4. Get ready the night before.

If you pack a lunch, for example, don’t wait to do it in the morning. Pack it the night before and put it in the refrigerator. It’s one less thing to bother with in the morning. The same is true with your dress. Getting your clothes ready the night before means less stress in the morning.

5. Make a to-do list

This also is a good way to start your day. It gets you focused on what you need to get done.
